Q. Can I fax an application in to you?
Yes, the Membership fax number is 615-353-0919. Please include a Visa or MasterCard for payment if submitting via fax. We recommend you call or email to confirm receipt of the fax during business hours. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Central Time. Faxes may be sent at any time.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
Cheekwood accepts checks (personal or cashier), money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
Q. Can I renew/join over the phone?
Yes, you can join over the phone. Please call 615-353-6984.
Q. Will I get a renewal notice before my membership expires?
Yes, you will receive 2 notices with an opportunity to renew your membership before it expires.
Q. How long does it take to get a membership processed?
Memberships are processed in the order received and are generally processed within 2-3 weeks.
Q. I lost my membership card. Can I get a new one?
Yes, please call 615-353-6984 or 615-353-6979.
Q. I have moved, how do I change my address with Cheekwood?
To change your address, please call us at 615-353-6984, email us at membership@cheekwood.org, send a note by fax to 615-353-0919 or mail to 1200 Forrest Park Drive, Nashville, Tennessee, 37205.
Q. Do members pay for special exhibitions?
Members pay $5 each for Bruce Munro Light Nights.
Q. How often may I visit Cheekwood as a member?
Members may visit Cheekwood as often as they like for an unlimited number of times each year free of general admission fees.
Q. Why did Cheekwood make changes to the membership program?
In an effort to better serve the changing demographics, Cheekwood updated its membership program, effective January 1, 2013. Click here for more information.
