Wellness 360 Logo

Forest bathing is a guided, sense-based, and mindful way to be in nature. Taking place in a small area with certified Forest Therapy Guide, Sarah Champion, reintroduce yourself to the forest and other natural environments in ways that support authentic relationships. Based on the Japanese practice of “Shinrinyoku,” or “forest bathing,” we “bathe” in not only immune-boosting chemical compounds of nature, but also in the feeling of being present and connected.

Classes will meet at the Frist Learning Center Lawn and continue onto The Carell Trail, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, a Cheekwood representative will notify participants of class cancellation and refund or rescheduling options through the registration email provided. Please dress comfortably for the outdoors and bring your own water bottle. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
