Take a lunchtime break to stretch and reconnect! During this class, Small World Yoga instructors will guide participants through vinyasa sequences and breathing cues to encourage mindful movement while increasing flexibility and balance. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, instructors will provide cues to modify postures to suit a variety of levels. No prior experience is necessary, and all abilities are welcome.
Classes will be held on Frist Learning Center Lawn, weather permitting. In the event of rain, class will be cancelled, and registrants will receive a wellness class voucher valid for one year. Participants will be emailed at least 12 hours before class if class is cancelled due to rain. Please dress comfortably for the outdoors and sun exposure and bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. In accordance with social distancing and health precautions, no mats or blankets will be provided, and participants will be spaced six feet apart. Instructors will not make any hands-on adjustments. Class size is limited to 20 participants.
Non-members: $15 + General Admission (includes daytime admission to gardens)
