This popular class aims to build mental awareness and challenge your flexibility, balance, and strength. Participants will be guided by Small World Yoga instructors through vinyasa sequences and breathing cues. This class is suited for individuals who have a basic knowledge of yoga postures.
Classes will be held on Swan Lawn, weather permitting. In the event of rain, class will be held indoors. Please dress comfortably for the outdoors and sun exposure and bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. Class size is limited to 20 participants.
Non-members: $15 + General Admission (includes daytime admission to gardens)
