Back by popular demand, this class aims to build mental awareness and challenge your flexibility, balance, and strength. Participants will be guided by Small World Yoga instructors through vinyasa sequences and breathing cues. This class is suited for individuals who have a basic knowledge of yoga postures.
Classes will be held on Frist Learning Center Lawn, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be relocated indoors. Participants will be emailed at least 12 hours before class if class is cancelled due to rain. Please dress comfortably for the outdoors and sun exposure and bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. In accordance with social distancing and health precautions, no mats or blankets will be provided, and participants will be spaced six feet apart. Instructors will not make any hands-on adjustments. Class size is limited to 20 participants.
Non-members: $15 + General Admission (includes daytime admission to gardens)
