Celebrate Mental Health Awareness month with a Wellness 360 Talk dedicated to an essential component of our well-being. Join Keenan Hartman of Small World Yoga to learn tangible ways and strategies to nurture your mental health. Participants will also be guided through short meditation and breathing techniques that encourage mindfulness.
Owner of Mighty Human Health Coaching, Hartman is a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach through Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. She is also a certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor and has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years. Hartman enjoys connecting with people and helping them discover what their greatest life looks and feels like.
This talk will be held on Swan Lawn, behind the Cheek mansion, weather permitting. In the event of rain, the event will be cancelled, and registrants will receive a Wellness 360 voucher valid for one year that may be applied to a program of similar value. In accordance with social distancing and health precautions, participants will be spaced six feet apart. Cloth face coverings are also required in outdoor areas except when maintaining a physical distance of at least 6’ from other visitors. The talk is limited to 20 participants.
Non-members: $15 + General Admission (includes daytime admission to gardens)
