NEW! Enriching Afternoons at Cheekwood
Weekly, August 10 – September 4
1:00 – 5:00 PM
$200/week for members, $250/week for non-members
After a morning of virtual learning, come to Cheekwood for an afternoon of literacy, wellness, art, and gardens. Students will spend time putting their core curriculum lessons to use in a distinctly Cheekwood way. With a different combination of the four subjects every day, students may find themselves reading or journaling in the PNC Living Library, learning about the plants and pollinators across the gardens, creating original works of art, and doing yoga or meditation on The Carell Trail. Let Cheekwood’s educators help make learning come alive!

48-Hour Illness Policy
Your child must remain free of fever or vomiting for 48 hours before returning to Cheekwood. The 48 hours begins when your child last vomits or when the fever has broken and remains in a normal range. Refunds will not be issued for missed days in the event of illness.
Cheekwood will make every attempt to serve children who require special attention or consideration. As we are not a special needs program, there may be some needs that we are unable to meet. We have a policy not to accept students whose needs are beyond our training or capabilities. If your child has a special need or a life threatening allergy, please contact the Education Department at 615-353-9827 to discuss their needs before registering. We want to prepare the staff and teachers in advance so that we can make your child’s experience the best and safest it can be. Camper Aids must be at least 18 years or older.
An online wait list enables parents to add their student(s) to an electronic wait list when they encounter a camp that is full. Cheekwood staff will manage the process by contacting parents if spots become available.
You may cancel your child’s registration up to 1 week before the first day of the program week. A $35 administrative fee per child per week will be assessed for all changes and cancellations. Registration changes and/or cancellations cannot be completed online. Please email email@example.com or call 615-353-9827 to cancel your registration. Programs cancelled less than 1 week before the start date are not eligible for refunds.
