Workshop Registration

  • Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your registration up to 2 weeks before the workshop. Registration changes and/or cancellations cannot be completed online. Please email to cancel your registration. Registrations cancelled less than 2 weeks before the start date are not eligible for refunds.

    Cheekwood reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to low enrollment. If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified no less than 5 days in advanced and refunded in full. If Cheekwood cancels any workshop in the event of a Safer at Home order, you will be notified in advanced and allowed a workshop credit that can be applied within one year of cancellation.

  • Talent Release Policy

  • I grant permission, without restriction, to Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art to record my voice, image, and likeness for use in Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art’s advertising, programming, promotional material, or for whatever purpose they may deem appropriate.

    I release Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art from any liability for any such violation of any private personal or property rights which I might have in connection with such materials.

  • Release of Liability

  • In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities and programs of Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum of Art (“Cheekwood”) I do hereby forever waive, release and discharge Cheekwood and its members, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others acting on its behalf from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to my person and/or property, arising out of or connected with my participation in any of its activities, programs or services or the use of any equipment at various sites, provided by and/or recommended by Cheekwood.

    I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.
