6:30 PMJoin Nashville Public Television and the Tennessee Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition for an advance screening of “Día de los Muertos“, featuring performances by Ozomatli, Los Lobos, and Flor de Toloache, an all-female mariachi band. The concert, filmed at The Caverns subterranean amphitheater, also features art created by Jose Vera Gonzalez, a long-time member of Cheekwood El Dia de los Muertos Advisory Committee.

The program begins at 6:30 on Arboretum Lawn and producer Todd Jarrell will be on-site to field questions following the screening. It’s the perfect way to kick off the festival weekend at Cheekwood.
