Beginning in May, join us on Thursday nights for live music and programming combining art and nature! Grab a drink from one of our bar stations and stroll through the Ann & Monroe Carell Jr. Family Sculpture Trail for a relaxing experience after a long day.

Join us for Thirsty Third Thursdays, a specially ticketed Cocktail Crawl throughout the gardens taking place September 16th & October 21st. Each Thirsty Third Thursday will feature a different brand sponsor highlighting four signature cocktails that vary each event!

Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit through a Self-Guided Twilight Mindfulness Walk on the Ann & Monroe Carell Jr. Family Sculpture Trail. These self-guided walks include prompts to encourage mindfulness while also tracking 3,000 steps toward your step goal. Enjoy live instrumental music on The Carell Trail only on Thursday nights from 5 – 7 PM.

See Eric Orr's Cheekwood Prime Matter

Did you know we also have sculptures in the gardens that aren’t on The Carell Trail? Don’t miss the newly-conserved Eric Orr’s Cheekwood Prime Matter sculpture where water and fire present a most unique art experience on Thursday nights from 5 – 9 PM. To access Eric Orr’s Cheekwood Prime Matter, exit through the back of the Frist Learning Center and follow the lit pathway down the Frist Learning Center Lawn.

With 55 acres of breathing room, Cheekwood serves as a refuge to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. We’re offering new Wellness 360 programs for Therapeutic Thursday Nights. Celebrate the longer days with a yoga class at dusk hosted by Triluna Wellness or join The Yogi Bassist for a 60-minute sunset sound bath meditation experience.
