NEW Guidelines for 2024 Scholarships
Thank you for your interest in applying for a scholarship to participate in a summer camp at Cheekwood. Please read through the form and fill it out in its entirety. If the camp weeks and camp names are left blank, we will be unable to process your request. If a camp is marked as sold out on the website, you may still select that camp as your preference on this form. If you have questions regarding specific camps, staff will be happy to assist by phone (615) 353-2151 or email [email protected] before you submit the form.
Applications will be reviewed and assessed according to families’ personal and financial information provided on the application. They are evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis. All information provided on this form will remain secure and completely confidential.
Scholarships will cover 100% of the cost of camp including lunch care and after care. Once your application is reviewed you will be notified via email of the status.
- Your camper must be within the age range of our camps (age 5, ages 6-7, ages 8-10, ages 11-14) on or before the first day of the camps you are selecting.
- You must have access to transportation to and from Cheekwood
- One week maximum of scholarship will be given per camper
- You must be able to provide snack and/or lunch for your camper.
Please fill out one form per camper.
