For issues with your membership and signing into your membership, please contact the membership department at 615 353-6984.
Age Limits
For all camps, campers must be within the posted age range on or before the first day of the registered class in order to enroll. Cheekwood has the right to cancel or switch the session of anyone registered in the wrong age group.
Lunch Care
If you are registering for a full day camp or a morning and afternoon camp for a single camper the same week, you do not need to purchase lunch care. That cost has been factored into the new camp rates.
If you are sending your camper for a half day camp only and need to add lunch care (12:00 – 1:00 PM) to extend your camper’s day, please email [email protected] for the link to register. These spots do not fill up and can be added at any time, including at the start of the week of camp.
Member Discounts
All membership levels are eligible for early registration. Member discounts are available only for Family/Household and Society level memberships that include admission privileges for children 17 and under. Members must sign in/register on the ticketing page prior to checkout so that online purchasing discounts will apply. Your discounted rate will show up in your shopping cart right before putting in your payment.
Please Note: To receive a member discount, you must be a member of a qualifying level prior to registering for summer camp. Visit our membership page to learn more about the wonderful benefits of a Cheekwood membership.
If you are having issues with your membership, please contact the membership department at (615) 353-6984 or [email protected].
UPDATED!
Cancellation Policy
Due to an increased number of late cancellations in recent years, we have instituted a new policy to better serve our families on the waitlist and encourage timely cancellations that allow a spot to be filled.
If a refund is requested more than 30 days before the start date of the camp session(s), a 50% refund will be issued.
If a refund is requested with less than 30 days before the start date of the camp session(s), no refund will be issued
Registration cancellations/changes cannot be completed online. Please email [email protected] to request a cancellation.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for missed days of camp. Camps cancelled by Cheekwood because of low enrollment will automatically be refunded in full. You will be notified no less than 5 days in advance if a class is cancelled and will try to accommodate your child in another camp session.
Waiting List
Our wait list enables parents/guardians to add their camper(s) to a wait list when they encounter a camp that is full. Please click the button below to read more about how our wait list works and to access the wait list form.
Special Needs
Cheekwood will make every attempt to serve campers who require special attention or consideration. However, as we are not a special needs camp, there may be some needs that we are unable to meet if they are beyond our training. If your child has a special need or a life-threatening allergy, please contact Summer Camp staff at (615) 353-2151 to discuss their need before registering. We want to prepare the staff and teachers in advance so that we can make your camper’s experience the best and safest it can be. Camper Aids must be at least 18 years or older.
48-Hour Illness Policy
Your child must remain free of fever or vomiting for 48 hours before returning to camp. The 48 hours begin when your child last vomits or when the fever has broken and remains in a normal range. Cheekwood does not refund missed camp days in the event of illness.
