Our waitlist enables parents/guardians to add their camper(s) to a wait list when they encounter a camp that is full. If a spot opens, we will contact you via email from [email protected]. Please make sure to have this email address in your approved list of emails or keep an eye on your junk folder. You will have 48 hours to respond to the offer. If we do not hear from you during that time frame, we will remove you from the list and the spot will be offered to the next family.
If you accept the spot, a second email will be sent with a registration link. You will then have 24 hours to register and complete payment or the spot will be forfeited.
Will my camper get off the waitlist?
Due to the high number of campers on the waitlist, we cannot provide an estimate of when or if your camper may be released from the waitlist. The odds of getting off the wait list depend on how high you are on the list and if a space opens. Someone would need to cancel to open a space for your camper. We will pull campers off the wait list up to a week before the start of each session and will contact families via email if space becomes available.
Fill out one form per week per camper.
Please note that incomplete or inaccurate waitlist forms will not be considered.
