Membership Card FAQs
In an effort to reduce our use of plastic and protect the environment, Cheekwood Members can access membership benefits using their digital membership card on their smart phone. For step-by-step instructions how to download to your mobile device, please watch the short video on this page.
- When will I receive my digital membership card?
If you are a new Member or have previously downloaded your digital membership card(s), the primary Member listed on the membership will receive a email 3-5 days after purchase with instructions how to download to your mobile device.
If you have previously downloaded your digital membership card(s) to your smart phone, your card will update automatically 3-5 days after purchase or renewal.
- Do I need my digital membership card to visit Cheekwood?
Members may present their digital membership card OR a photo ID along with their advanced reservation ticket to admissions staff.
- I purchased my membership more than a week ago and haven't received my digital membership card.
The email is sent to the primary Member listed on the membership. Because the email comes from our digital card partner (Cuseum), it may be in the spam/junk folder of your inbox. You can also try searching your email using the keyword “Cuseum”. Please note: If you have previously downloaded your digital membership card(s) to your smart phone, your card will update automatically 3-5 days after purchase or renewal.
To have your digital membership card resent, please email us at email@example.com.
- How do I add the membership card to my iPhone?
Access the email from your smartphone and click the “Download” button, then click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” The card will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in Wallet at any time.
- How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?
Android users need to download Wallet Passes from Google Play. After you have the app, access the email from your smartphone and click “Download” in the membership email, and the card will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.
- My membership level includes a secondary named Member, how can she/he receive the digital card?
Navigate to the back of the card (click the small “i” on the front) and use the “Share Pass” button to send the card to your secondary Member (Dual, Family Two and Contributing levels only).
- I don’t have an Apple or Android smart phone. What should I do?
Members may present a photo ID along with their advanced reservation ticket to admission staff.
- I downloaded my card but I can’t find it.
If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new card (scroll through any cards that are already there–it may be hiding!). If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading the card.
- My name is spelled wrong/membership level is incorrect.
