Membership Terms and Conditions
- All sales are final and non-refundable. Memberships and Member benefits are exclusively for non- commercial use by individual Members and cannot be sold or transferred.
- Membership promotional offers or standard Membership discounts (military, senior, or educator) cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Membership promotional offers or standard Membership discounts (military, senior, or educator) cannot be applied or refunded after purchase.
- A membership card (digital or physical) and/or proof of identification are required for entry into the Gardens.
- All Memberships, regardless of level, are licenses revocable at will by Cheekwood Estate & Gardens.
- A Membership is automatically revoked if a Member, or any guest of a Member, breaches the General Guidelines of Cheekwood Estate & Gardens, the rules of conduct or any other restrictions applicable to a Member or any visitor to Cheekwood Estate & Gardens.
- Memberships are not automatically renewable and shall expire after the Membership term, one year, which is specified at purchase.
- Cheekwood Estate & Gardens may, in its sole discretion and with or without cause, permanently revoke an individual’s right to purchase a Membership, and ban or otherwise prevent an individual from attending events or functions at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens or otherwise entering Cheekwood Estate & Gardens.
- Cheekwood Estate & Gardens reserves the right to alter, close or remove exhibits without prior notice.
- Pricing, Benefits, Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
- Complimentary Guest Tickets included with certain membership-levels are for one-time general admission and are not valid for specially ticketed events. Check Guest Tickets for additional restrictions.
- Complimentary Guest Tickets included with certain membership-levels may not be sold, transferred, or distributed to any other person or entity for commercial gain. If Cheekwood Estate & Gardens has reason to believe the Complimentary Guest Tickets have been resold they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.
Member Discounts

- Member discounts apply if Membership is active at time of purchase and through event date.
- Member discounts cannot be applied or refunded after purchase.
- Member discounts cannot be applied to alcohol purchases.
- Member discounts cannot be applied to already discounted items in Garden Shop, Mansion Shop, or Online Gift Shop.
