Join Cheekwood as we celebrate Holi, the Indian “Festival of Spring” and “Festival of Colors.”
This educational event will introduce visitors to the vibrant sights, sounds, and colors of Indian culture. Hands-on activities for all ages, tasty fare from local restaurants, and music and dance performances will shine against the thousands of blooming bulbs. Holi activities are included with membership or general admission.

*Color packets may be purchased for $2 each beginning 45 minutes before each session. Packets will be limited to one per person and only the color provided by Cheekwood may be used. Limited amounts of communal powder will be available during each session to those unable to purchase individual packets. The color powder is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. However, it will be thrown and potentially may get in eyes and/or mouth. While most of the color powder will shake off or wash off, it may discolor clothes and/or cloth automobile seats.
Please Note: No entry in to the mansion permitted if you have taken part in the color throwing.
