Ticket Transfer Request
Please review the ticket calendar to confirm date and time availability before submitting your request. Tickets can only be transferred within the same program. Exchange is based on availability and is not guaranteed. A new receipt will be sent from email@example.com once the transfer is complete, which can take up to 24 hours. If your request cannot be completed, a Visitor Services Representative will reach out to you.
Please note: “Garden Only” tickets purchased for dates between 3/23/20 and 11/18/20 cannot be transferred to dates between 11/19/20 and 01/10/21.
The ticket transfer fee is $3.00 per order. Please submit multiple order numbers separately. This transfer fee is non-refundable.
