Ticket Transfer Request

• Please review the ticket calendar to confirm date and time availability before submitting your request as tickets cannot be transferred to sold out times. This transfer fee is non-refundable.
• Tickets must be transferred in advance of your scheduled date and time of visit of your original order.
• Tickets can only be transferred within the same program. For example, a “Gardens & Mansion” ticket cannot be transferred to a “Garden Only” ticket. Daytime tickets cannot be transferred to nighttime tickets.
• Workshop and Wellness 360 program reservations are not supported by this request form. Please review the cancellation and refund policy here.
• Exposition of Elegance: Classic Cars at Cheekwood reservations are not supported by this request form. Click here to request a ticket transfer for the Exposition of Elegance: Classic Cars at Cheekwood.
• Thirsty Third Thursday reservations are not supported by this request form. Click here to request a ticket transfer for Thirsty Third Thursdays.
• Exchange is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
• A new receipt will be sent from info@cheekwood.org once the transfer is complete, which can take up to 24 hours. If your request cannot be completed, a Visitor Services Representative will reach out to you.
